Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are provided by Billionaires Co., Ltd. ("Company"). 및 The Rich. The purpose is to prescribe the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and its members, and other necessary matters for the use of related services.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

  1. The term "service" means the services of The Rich. that can be used by members regardless of terminals (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and portable terminals) and all related services.

  2. The term "member" refers to a customer who accesses the service and enters into a use contract with the company in accordance with these terms and conditions and uses the services provided by the company.

  3. "ID (ID or account)" refers to a combination of letters or numbers given to members by the company to identify and provide services after members agree to these terms and conditions and privacy policies.

  4. The term "nickname" refers to the unique name (combination of letters and numbers) of members determined by members who have agreed to these terms and conditions and personal information processing policies and collected by the company for the use of the service.

  5. The term "post" means articles, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information such as codes, texts, voices, sounds, videos, etc. posted by members on the service.

  6. The term "content" refers to information or materials in the form of online digital, such as signs, letters, shapes, colors, voice, sound, images, and images (including their composites) that the company provides to its members.

  7. "Important Affiliate" refers to a company that enters into an alliance contract with "Company" to provide some important functions of "Service" (including, but not limited to, login functions and linked securities companies).
